tiger cubs

Our Tiger Cubs classes are designed for 3-5 year old kids that seem drawn to martial arts.

For parents looking for a healthy outlet for their little ones, our Government Accredited Instructors love to see kids develop self-confidence, self-control and self-discipline through a structured and purpose designed syllabus.

Learning self-defence awareness and socialising in a group, helps kids build life skills and respect for self and others through teamwork.

The focus is on building balance, good posture and co-ordinated motor skills in a FUN class environment.

Kamikaze kids

Our Kamikaze Kids program is designed for 6 to 10 year old kids. This program will help develop focus, fitness, self discipline, goal setting and self defence skills. These positives generate better behaviour at home and school by the building of self confidence and esteem. Karate offers a great alternative sport to kids at this age and improves their physical ability in other sports.

junior karate

With a focus on achieving a high technical standard, the student will learn to push him or herself to achieve simple goals. For those with higher aspirations, dedicated kids can go on to NSW, Australian and Olympic Games representation.

Our Junior class encourages students to lead a positive lifestyle and helps them deal with stress at school and life in general as they mix with others that have like minded goals.

15+ to Adults

Adults of any age from 15 years upwards can improve muscle tone and core strength that can aid in fat loss or just to keep fit and flexible.

It is never too late to start for either gender and of course acquiring self defence skills is a necessary asset today.

Sempai

Leadership class for for students who have reached purple belt and are well on the path to black belt. Development of leadership skills to utilise in the classroom and life in general.

The pathway to blackbelt is explained and goal setting is realised. A high degree of technical excellence is aimed for and this challenges students to excel.

women's self defence

Not every woman sees herself as a street warrior, nor does she have the hours per week to dedicate to martial arts lessons at a dojo, however the news is full of the dangers that can intrude in a peaceful woman’s life as she goes about her business.

Our Female Self Defence Sessions will introduce you or yours to common scenarios such as an ATM mugging, a road rage incident or an attempted hijack at a car park amongst others.

You will learn some Self- defence tips from our Shotokan Karate Jutsu syllabus using a shock and shatter approach to get you home safely. Whilst the session will comprise partner technique training with other females (book in a friend), The self- defence scenarios will be done with a padded male aggressor to simulate a little more realistic encounter without the danger of harming someone in a training environment.
